My name is Phil Berger and I am a lifelong resident of Okeechobee County. After graduating from the University of Florida in the 60s with the degree of finance, I entered the U.S. army as an officer and am a Vietnam Veteran. I entered the real estate business in 1970 after my military service and continuously operated my own real estate business since 1973.
